this organization amazed parcells when he was walking the halls, talking to assitants and management, etc. we have such a good infrastructure in this organization that the coaches job is much more refined and allows bill to concentrate on xs and os etc to a greater degree. in other words, the stress factor is much lower in this job, and the toll on bill may very well allow him to extend his contract, should he desire.
i also feel if we are close to a championship caliber team, he will stay on and try to win another one. if in his fourth year we miss the playoffs i would say odds are good he will call it quits. in either case he will finish his contract IMO.
