Thats how i have it going right now.

Could dallas trade newman and the 9 for 7? Niners could get newman and Robert quinn. Win for both sides.

Yeah this mock still clearly demonstrates a clear line in talent right before we pick.

Sigh. Quinn would have to be in the thought process here though as he is probably the BPA with this mock and our pick.

If Fairley drops to 8, NFL teams have lost their damn mind.

Despite labeling myself a "realist", no one understands my pain or appreciates my special truth. Stupid world.

If Peterson and Fairley go RIGHT before our pick, I'll be so sad.

I assume this is the link you guys are talking about, btw:

We need wins, and that's all we need. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster over wins. I'd trade Ware, Lee and Dez if it meant more wins.

Not sure I could recover from it either.

But we beat Philly so thats all that matters.

People will be bringing this up for years. BTW I was against winning that game also, but I wasn't complaining when we did.

I was in favor of winning that game. And the cost of winning turned out to be a little less than we all thought it might be.

The 5-3 finish under Garrett was important to me.

But this is the mock from hell. We can not allow this to play out that way. Getting Amukamara, right after Peterson and Fairley go off the board is unacceptable. It is far to great a drop in talent. Especially Peterson to Amukamara.

If Peterson is still on the board at 6, we need to make a deal with Cleveland to get him.

And if a reasonable deal cant be made, we need to burn up the phone lines to make a strong move down.
