Default Michael Irvin -- NFL Total Access -- 'Prince is the Pick'

Michael was being interviewed on the NFL Network on Total Access. He said the following:

The Cowboys will take a defensive player...

'I hope I'm not giving away any secrets here, but the Cowboys like Prince Amukamara.' He said that no one has spoken of it directly, but 'seeing the gleam in their eyes' when then talk about Prince that he's fairly convinced that this will be our pick.

Default Michael Irvin: cowboys liking a "prince"

He was basically saying on NFL network that he believes we go defensive with our first pick. That's what He's been hearing at valley ranch. Then said he hopes he's not giving too much away in we are liking ourselves a prince. That rob Ryan wants just like his brother a shut down corner.

Obviously he could be throwing out more lies but it's different that ot like everyone has been saying

Peterson will end up better than Revis. Yes, I said it.

One guy, better than a whole island?

Is this even possible?

If he stays at 219 to 225 or so, could be the best cb of all time, with his height, size, speed 4.34 to 4.38 at 219 to 225, and elite punt and kickoff returns could be elite and best of all time, could jam a wr or run with a fast wr, etc...

Prince just really doesn't do too much for me. I like the value of Pouncey and Caztanzo in a trade down better than Prince at #9.
At that moment a voice came over me and said, Look up, get up, and don't ever give up. You tell everyone or anyone that has ever doubted, thought they did not measure up or wanted to quit, you tell them to look up, get up and don't ever give up. - Michael Irvin

I wouldn't be mad one bit if Prince became our guy. But if Peterson falls to 5 or 6, (Yes I said 5) I would make a mad dash to move up and snag this young playmaking stud.

Though Prince has been supposedly falling, he should be expected to go early.

If we get Prince I won't be too upset. All I have to do is go find footage of Mike Jenkins on youtube to cure any disappointment I might have with that pick.

Who did Playmaker keep saying we was going to take last year before the draft?

It might have been Dez but I was thinking it was someone else.

I personally hope he's right.

There is no formula for success except an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings.
