If MN gets Boldin then they have the hands down best chance in the NFC at getting to the SB.......

I'm not sure how reliable of a source this is. That's a lot of players being moved around which just doesn't happen in football...

I have heard rumblings that Boldin wants to be paid...and not the money he is currently making.
Besides the Cards have Two other WRs they are high on.
Who knows....sounds like an NBA trade type of thing that never happens in the NFL.

The "Cardinal Loser Virus" has gotten to Denny Green if he makes that deal... apparently there is no escaping the "Bidwell Curse" for that sorry excuse of a franchise...

Minnesota would probably be just a notch below Philly if this deal goes through.
They give up a spare part in Bennett (they still have OSmith and MMoore) and a 2nd rounder.
In return they get a good OL and a young Pro Bowl WR.
Plus they have 2 1st rounders including a top 10 and have strengthened their D with Smoot, Sharper, Pat Williams in FA and got the Raiderss starting LB in the Moss trade.

They should pay Boldin and draft one of the big three running backs in this draft. Of course that's easy for me to say, I don't have to pay him.

I agree...I think it is a bogus rumor myself...especially with them possibly taking a RB and having a steady WR corp for Kurt Warner.

This trade makes very little sense. The Cardinals would be trading a top-level, young WR and a starting Offensive Tackle to Minnesota for a late 2nd and swapping 1 spot in the first round. The only reason they could not just trade directly with the Colts is if the Colts were unwilling to part with Edgerrin James. The Colts have already said they would part with him and they'd do it for less than a first.
Unless they need to move Shelton for cap reasons.
What are we wasting time with Howard for? We need to be going after this deal.
