You are right. Maybe you should like a different team and then you won't be quite so sad.

And since I mocked the Eagles fan and I do have 1000 posts, I will throw an unresearched mock out there. I would like to say that I have not actually sat down and projected the first couple of rounds yet, so I guarantee it will change.
At least this will get the thread back on topic and give us something to discuss. For now, I will assume no Darren Howard.
Feel free to mock, I am sure there are people that I have going in rounds they have no business going in, but it is early. If I have the picks wrong let me know, I thought Dallas got two 6ths and had traded away a 3rd and 6th.
Without Howard
1(a) Shawne Merriman DE/LB - Why not? Seems like the popular choice. Could be BP's Willie McGinest. Seems to have all the measurables and could be a very versatile defender.
1(b) Troy Williamson WR - I think the team sticks with Tucker at RT so next I move to WR. Williamson again has all the measureables, but is raw. He will have time to develop behind KJ and Glenn and contribute immediately as Drew's deep threat, the easiest thing for a rookie WR to do. Go Deep!
2. Marlin Jackson CB/S - Move him into the FS spot and the team has a very formidible secondary. Could also be the nickel like Woody in his hey day.
3. Drew Henson - Hopefully progressing nicely.
4. Cedric Houston - RB - A big RB to spell JJ.
5. Jim Davis - DE - Parcells was eyeing him at the Senior Bowl
6. Roger Cooper - LB - Because anybody from Montana is good people.
6. Adam Bergen - TE - I think InmanRoshi pointed this guy out, BP likes TEs.
7. Adam Snyder - OT - OL depth

going on 3 pages before a single mock, I like it though. I think Cedric Houston is a great pick in round 4. The slot capabilities is why I like Jackson wouldn't mind Bullocks either I just like Jackson's versatility more. I'd have to research the 2nd day picks a little like I always do in Cowboy land. I like it though.
500 posts in sight, pass the Tylenol
I had an apartment and I had a neighbor, and whenever he would knock on my wall I knew he wanted me to turn my music down and that made me angry 'cause I like loud music... so when he knocked on the wall, I'd mess with his head. I'd say, "Go around! I cannot open the wall! I dunno if you have a doorknob on your side but over here there's nothin'. It's just flat."

Yeah do our old post totals from the "old" board count? If not do you guys think Hos will lend me 800 or so posts so I can do mine. Seeing as he has a few thousand extra to spare.
