How do you stop Terrell Owens and the Eagles and win the NFC East Championship game?

Double team him, double team westbrook, and keep an eye on mcnabb, if you can do those successfully, the eagles will become the worst offense in the nfl, thats if you can stop those 3

Be physical as hell with him. Blitz the crap out of Mcnabb. Double-Team is good but hitting him hard or just roughing him up would be good too.

I first have many long meetings with Zimmer. No matter what base I choose (probably 4-3) I make sure to run something more sophisticated than last year. I want to see different zone blitzed, I want to attack gaps at the LOS. If I can get Darren Howard for a 2nd, I do so, otherwise, I study guys like Jim Johnson, Cowart, and other defenses that understand how to attack gaps.

I maneuver the draft so that one of my first rounders gets me more in later rounds, so that I can reach in and get good, quality players from a rather deep draft.

In TC, I make sure that my players are MENTALLY SHARP. This year we will focus on the mental aspect of the game. I will show them film, film and more film. We will understand what is going on on the field at ALL TIMES. My team will be sophisticated and intelligent. This ain't Pop Warner.

I will watch my players without prejudice. If someone can't cut it, they are gone. I will experiment with positioning, such as along the OL.

We will condition harder than ever in TC. I do not want injuries to plague my season again.

When we get to the season, we MUST be ready to win. My players will believe that they CAN win if the FOLLOW THE GAME PLAN AND USE THEIR HEADS. I will not tolerate mental mistakes.

And I will have a little luck, becuase who doesn't need that to win?

Out draft them and build on it. Unfortunately they are loaded with 2's and 3's this year.

Plan B - Install a 3-4 and beat the snot out of McNABB AND confuse him.....No more 14 second looks in the pocket.

How do you stop TO?? Keep him on the sidelines... your O has to control the clock big time...

then put Henry and (place your FS here)... double team him every play... contain McNabb and Westbrooke... make sure you get big hits on McNabb and rattle him...

I give the D-Line back their teeth and allow them to actually all out rush the passer on passing downs and let the LB's worry about the run. And I throw different defensive fronts and blitz packages at them to confuse the QBs (Especially McNabb as he is easily confused).

Meanwhile I run Julius down their throats. Then when they bring 8 in the box to stop the run I max protect Bledsoe and let him bomb the hell out of them. Of course depending on what type of defense the opponents come out in I might do those two things in the opposite order and bomb them first and when they drop back to protect against the deep ball I'd run the ball at them hard.

I get the ST in line and with maybe a new ST Coach (maybe try to get Coach Joe back). I'm not real impressed with our current ST Coach. Also, I don't give up any freebies by going for it on 4th down in my own end of the field. And I throw some trick plays at them between the 40 yard lines but don't do anything stupid or cute in the red zone.

For the most part just play hardnosed smashmouth football while throwing in some twist to keep them guessing. Of course this is a highly simplistic version of what I'd do but it is the general philosophy.

Oops...forgot about the stop TO question...I'd rotate the FS to his side to give deep help on him and play him tight with the CB. Since we have two good corners now I would not flip flop them or assign one to him specificlly. However, if they move him into the slot I do bring in the CB on that side (Henry or Newman) and let the 3rd CB cover whoever they put on the outside. And I tell Roy to nail his *** every chance he gets and maybe break his leg again with a horsecollar tackle

Either play Newman on him one on one or double Henry with the FS on him and let Newman take out the other receiver. When possible put a corner on Westbrook and keep a spy on McNabb.

Beat up their d-line with the running game and stop their blitz with a bunch of 3-step drops.
