Maybe he could have gone low, but the collar tackle gives him the best chance to tackle. TO could have jumped over RW if he went low. RW grabs his collar, and there is now way TO gets loose.

Naw RW is way too close to him, there no way TO could jump it unless RW wasn't looking or something. I know TO is a superfreak and all, but the best way to get a big guy down is to go low for the feet.
