Default Clarification of the Illegal Motion Rule

One rule I don't understand is the illegal motion rule, if the resident rules-guru can clarify...

If I recall correctly, there cannot be 2 players motioning at the same time; one man has to be set and then the second player can motion.

However, I see it all the time where more than one player moves ie TE is next to the T and runs out wide while the RB lined up behind the QB runs out wide as well.

more then one player may move as long as both then "set" for a secondbefore the snap, also no player can be in motion forward at the snap of the ball

I am not sure if you meant to not add this to your thread but everyone can move prior to the ball being snapped. You can only have one man in motion at the snap of the ball, and he cannot be moving forward.

ahhhh...only one guy with "at the snap of the ball" being the operative phrase. Thanks.
