agreed. bang shoulda "shot" this one in beautiful black and white. mickey AND alan ladd. and richard widmark, robert mitchum... humphrey bogart...fred macmurry....etc....

At the outset when I created the characters I drained the color completely from them,, unfortunately I soon discovered that the lighting effects that the noir genre employs so well was practically impossible to create effectively unless I worked on it for about 6 months. So I tinted them just a little bit.. figured those of us who do enjoy those old greats would get it.


BY the way, congratulations on the Cliff Harris chat,, I truly wish I would have known that was coming, I'd love to have had the chance to ask him a few questions. But, alas, I missed it, but it still made for a very interesting read. Kudos to a great job.
