Sign me up, I got nothing to add but on a side note. I got reason to believe Griffin is VERY LIKELY to make his own push to the Cowboys.
If Jerry finally decides to address the safety position........well that's another thing.

Really? That's good stuff. Is this from a particular source or just a hunch? Maybe we can get a hometown discount...

Great job TS78.
I'd be pleased as punch if it worked out that way.

As a side note, Griffin was listed as the 13th best safety per one grading system.
Sensi?
29th.
Elam?
Don't ask.

Ouch, that's brutal to read lol. Oh, I forgot to mention the obvious cut: Newman

I would love for it to go like this. I would add maybe Brandon Carr from the Chiefs. All in all I would be pleased with the off-season and draft.

Yeah, we're going to need at least two corners. Newman, Ball and Walker shouldn't be back. Jenkins and Scandrick are the only returning CB's assuming the three CB's mentioned above don't return. We need to draft two CB's and maybe add a veteran free agent for depth...

He has several personal reasons to emphasize a return to Texas. Not that Tennessee is a haul or anything but he has also made it clear he has no interest in returning so he's not going to stray from from his hometown and family.

Good stuff...I'd like two veteran safeties back there, so we can focus on CB, interior OL, DL and LB in the draft

I think the team is almost going to have to go that route, i.e. a vet at safety.
The draftable class is below average. Very unlikely anyone could be drafted and be a realistic option as opening day starter.

Do you think the team would really go into the season with Church as a starter at safety? Too big of a risk IMO...

(Clutching my heart)
No way.
Church is OK as a safety/linebacker in the "Nickel" but giving him deep coverage responsibilities?
Ouch!
I don't think he has the speed or the hips in order to be a decent cover guy.
