Any scout worth his salt will tell you that you need a combination of both. BPA sounds great, but it all depends on how you rank your prospects. Everyone has a different idea of what BPA actually is. The best player may not be someone that fits your system or scheme, or he may be a knucklehead. Maybe his work eithic sucks. Those things aren't what you need. But sure, once you set your board, and you rank guys based on what you like and what fits, then yeah, go with the BPA.
