thought SF should have taken fleener to pair with davis. seems like taking the #1 TE would have helped their passing attack more than than #4 WR.

I liked New England's second pick better than their first.

Not even close. Poe is the worst pick.

Irvin (if he stays out of trouble) could be one of the best pass rushers to come out of this draft.

Besides, a lot of people had Irvin sneaking into the bottom half of the 1st round. (just not all the way to #15)

There is a good chance that you don't like me, but there is a better chance that I don't care.

If I'm not insulting you, I'm probably not aware that you exist.

Jerry Jones in the draft room is suicide on the football field. The line of scrimmage is EVERYTHING. Something Jerry doesn't understand.

I think Seattle made the wrong choice in the draft. I didn't mind the trade with Philadelphia because they were targeting a pass rusher; however, they could of traded down several times (because of the amount of pass rusher that were left on the board) or selected someone else then select Irvin in rounds 2 or 3. Mayock was noted as saying that this guy is a situational pass rusher and that he is not as good against the run. To me, why draft a guy in the first round if you can't put him on the field on all 3 downs.

The other pick that bothered me was Cleveland taking Weeden with their 2nd first rounder. They could of selected him in round 2. Will Weeden even see the field? He may be 30 by the time he starts. Cleveland may be looking at a franchise QB again next year.

I still think people are underestimating Weeden, for some reason. He's very good. The age is the only real knock on him, and even that is way overblown. No way he'd have made it much lower than he did.

If anything it was a good move. Colt McCoy isn't a pro QB.

Tampa got leap frogged and settled for Barron.

Apparently Zeitler is quite a good Center, too. They want Zeitler to be the starting RG and Backup-Center where DeCastro is a pure (but maybe better?) Guard.

If all that is the case, trading back makes perfect sense. But if DeCastro becomes a much better player than Zeitler and Pick #93 it will be a bad decision.

But that would be hindsight at this point.
Hey, like the ticker said last night, the team that has drafted the most Pro Bowlers the last two years? The Bengals. So maybe they know what they're doing now.

Also LOL that Decastro makes Pitt the Superbowl favorite. I can't remember the last time I saw such incredible mancrushing.

I still consider it to be 3 first Rd picks and a 2nd Rd pick for one player instead of 4 players had they not made the trade. That's a lot to give up even for a franchise QB.

Jax leaped in front of the Rams for Blackmon, which essentially made the Rams call us for pick #6
