E. Crouch cut by Green Bay - Dallas Cowboys Forum

While Green Bay cutting Eric Crouch probably makes sense, Eric Crouch was a formidable college player (read "ATHLETE"). I'm talking he was a man among boys. It is possible that he just cant cut it in the NFL. On the other hand I could see Crouch being a Woody Dantzler type. He should be able to be a great special teamer. He has speed to burn. I dont think his skills translate as a wide receiver, but he could probably be a backup rb/special teamer. I realize he isnt a proven running back, but then again, Bickerstaff carried the ball reportedly less than 10 times his whole college career. Crouch was essentially a running back playing playing QB. Im not knocking any of our backups but I doubt they have Crouch's speed and elusiveness. For the minimum Crouch would be worth a look in my opinion.

Crouch is a quitter....

This is the 2nd time he has tried to make a comeback and failed....he used to whine that the Packers wouldn't let him play QB.

He is not a Parcells player. He was a product of Nebraska's option system.

Your title is misleading, I thought you were talking about Tim Couch the Cleveland QB who is wanted by Green Bay. I thought you meant to say Cleveland.

When's he gonna give it up with these NFL dreams and come up to the CFL where he belongs. The only way that he's gonna get a sniff in the NFL anyway is if he can prove himself as a starter up here or in the Arena league. The sooner he accepts that the better off he'll be. (Besides the Argo's have a flyer on his contract when he does come up.

After a quick Google search, there was a much better picture, but it was private. It's just so darn hard to get a good toilet pic on today's information highway.
