Atlanta is offering pick #128 (4th rounder) and a 2006 1st round pick in exchange for a 2nd rounder.

I would take that deal. The way Vick plays he could get hurt at any time. He goes down and Atlanta is screwed. That makes their 2006 1st round pick better. I could see a team like Philly or New England making that trade. They have plenty of picks this season and it would set them up well for next season.

I think you misunderstood.
This is my offer for the mock draft we are having here tomorrow. (it's in the title- "Kiper Mock") It's not a real scenario.

But yes, I would take that deal in a heartbeat in real life.
