Vick was a great athlete but his prime has been passed and now it doesn't take much of hit for him to sit out. Like stated, his mileage is much, much higher than Romo's at this juncture.

Interesting. In dog years, they would be 224 years old.

I'm not a Vick fan, but with all the trashing you guys are doing, it's seems like we should be better than 0-3 against him since he became an Eagle.

I could be wrong but I don't think Vick has ever lost to the cowboys as an eagle.

Wasn't he on the team when we beat them the last week of the season and in the playoffs? He may not have been the starter but he was on the team.

LOL.
Vick has never been a good QB and never will. His rookie season was definitely his prime.

I think accolades can be attributed to the Eagles success over the Cowboys. Michael Vick has done his part, but he had help.
Football. The great American team sport.

He started off red hot once he took over a couple years ago. But once teams in this league got film on him they quit opening up gaping running lanes. It forced him to stay in the pocket and beat teams with his arm/mind, and once he actually started having to play QB, instead of just backyarding it - and he became a very average QB. He's too short to throw short to intermediate routes between the hashes, has very poor touch on the ball, and has very poor footwork and mechanics causing his throws to be really eratic.
I love what he can do on any given play, but on a play to play basis where you handle 1,000+ snaps, you want a guy that can dissect a defense, and not one where you just hope he makes something happen. Guy has a rocket arm, can throw the ball a mile, can fit it in tight spaces, and can take it to the house on any given play - but if you asked every scout and GM in this league who they'd take and the majority of them would take Romo. And if they don't, they are probably a part of a perennial cellar dwelling organization.

Vick has a lot of flash but not much substance behind it in the way of production. His game is shock and awe.
Romo has a lot of production, a little flash too, and a lot fewer miles on his tread.
Neither have won back-to-back playoff games, so the word "greatness" can't be used in the same sentence as either.

Wow, Vick has signed two $100 million contracts in his career yet, according to you, he is a loser and a bum. Your life must be amazing.
