It sounded like Garrett was talking about Dez's pre-game routine, like he was wasting energy doing the pre-game warmups so when it came to the game he was like half-spent.

Garrett says Dez without his shirt "looks chiseled out of a mountain," but stresses he still needs to learn a lot about staying in shape.

Montrae Holland looks lean for a change and in great shape. Don't be surprised if he's one of the offensive lineman Cowboys sign today.
