I saw him....he kept looking at the camera. No idea who he is. Thought it was strange.

He is there to make sure Alex does not try to start up some goofy QB pose that turns into an even goofier trend by fans ala tebowing and griffining.

Smith doesn't have to do a pose..... you'll see folks walking around with a bloody beak calling it Smithing.

Cheap shot, IMO, forearm after he slid down.......like he's supposed to showing the defense he's down. Ref standing right there.
