Leadership... The Cowboys seem to lack quality leadership, imo. This isn't breaking news... Accountability should start with the owner/GM and trickle down to the head coach and the highest paid players.

Translation: Ray is not impressed with the almighty one (DeMarco Murray). However, the Ravens will not overlook an opponent like the Cowboys seem to do.

Ray Lewis would provide a solid mentor for Dez Bryant. The Ravens would be getting more production out of Dez Bryant, imo. Bryant is stuck in a mediocre organization which has suspect coaching and an erratic front office. The Ravens are much more stable from top to bottom.
