Leadership... The Cowboys seem to lack quality leadership, imo. This isn't breaking news... Accountability should start with the owner/GM and trickle down to the head coach and the highest paid players.

Ray Lewis would provide a solid mentor for Dez Bryant. The Ravens would be getting more production out of Dez Bryant, imo. Bryant is stuck in a mediocre organization which has suspect coaching and an erratic front office. The Ravens are much more stable from top to bottom.

Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.
