DMN: Anthony Spencer says he will play against Baltimore

IRVING — Anthony Spencer said he will be back on the field this Sunday against Baltimore.

“I’m good. I’m playing,” the Cowboys outside linebacker said.

Spencer, who was inactive during Dallas’ 34-18 loss to Chicago on Oct. 1 because of a strained pectoral muscle, returned to practice Thursday. He said he went through some individual drills but was limited during the workout. Spencer said that he is concerned about aggravating the injury.

“It’s still a little sore,” he said. “I want to be careful with it.”

I think if he could aggravate the injury by playing, then he shouldn't play.
