Default Kind words for Brandon Carr

I visit and post an another message board. (its an mma related board) Well a thread of the top db's in the NFL comes up. I name some of my favorite db's in the league and I mention B Carr. Well an hour or so later some guy private messages me and tells me he was a teamate of Brandons at Grand Valley State University. He said in all his years playing ball Brandon was the most humble and team first guy he ever played with. He talked about how he was a team leader and really close to his family. I just thought it was a cool story I'd pass on.

Listening to BC's interviews gives you that impression about him. Doesn't seem to have that "me-first" mentality like some spoiled athletes...
I HATE THE OFFSEASON...ESPECIALLY AFTER ANOTHER 8-8 CAMPAIGN

Right, I always like listening to him also.
and when he said he would play S if needed, or what ever the team ask him to do, he was willing to do.
that says a lot.

Love these kinda threads. Great stuff. I think Carr could end up being one of our best FA pickups in all of Cowboys history. Thanks for sharing BTX.

I remember when he was first signed and I was trying to get a handle on his swagger (as I always do when new players are signed), I happend to hear an interview when he declared no more salsa dancing (Cruz)..I swear, it was like hearing Batman's voice for the first time...
