wow. They were attempting to rob people with those prices. Good cause or not.

There is a good chance that you don't like me, but there is a better chance that I don't care.
If I'm not insulting you, I'm probably not aware that you exist.
Jerry Jones in the draft room is suicide on the football field. The line of scrimmage is EVERYTHING. Something Jerry doesn't understand.

Pocket change compared to what some of the guys are spending on their trophy wives. Two of the wives at my table were former bikini/fitness/glamour models, and they didn't stand out in the room.

Ever see the movie Stepford Wifes? I live in one of the cities listed and I've got to tell you, "butter face" fits the profile of most of the wives here! Well, except mine which those that have seen her pic here at CBZ damn well know she is stupid HOT and can attest to it's truth.
Considering I'm probably the poorest man in my city yet still have the hottest wife... rofl

I posted a pic of my wife before. (standing with my son in Cowboys Stadium) Though I thought better of that quite quickly and removed it. I believe Hostile and several others did actually see it and can vouch for my claim.

Oh, ok. My mistake. Now Italian... THAT, I can, and generally do, eat 2-3 times a week. Heck, I paid for my 2nd round of culinary school as the Chef de' cuisine @ DiGiulio Brothers in Baton Rouge.
Give me a good plate of spaghetti AOC, or anything with the highly underrated acciuga, and I'm good-to-go!

What do you do w/ all of that cooking skill you have? Do you apply it in your everyday life? That is, are you using your culinary experience outside your home for work?

Yup, I eat, almost daily.
Actually, after I finished at CAILA in Baton Rouge LA, the second school I attended after the CIA in Hyde Park NY, I moved back to Dallas and opened two catering companies
The 1st I bought. It was a small struggling "do all" company, that I turned into strictly a corporate catering firm. The 2nd we opened from scratch. It was a "Craft Services" firm. We did on-site catering for the entertainment industry. I sold both in the early 2000's and now I just do consulting and R&D work for restaurants/catering Co's on a freelance basis.
Cooking is a passion, probably better described as an obsession for me, and since I have the luxury of the time and means, 3-4 days out of the week, I spend the day farting around in the kitchen, then invite over my small group of longtime friends and they bring the wine, beer and booze. They get free food...I get free and generally willing dishwashers.
