Sean Lee hopes to be on the sidelines as a de facto coach for the Cowboys final three games once he is able to put pressure on his surgically repaired right big toe.
Lee had season-ending surgery on Oct. 30 to repair a torn plantar plate and will need six weeks to recovery. He currently uses a scooter to get around the team’s Valley Ranch facility. Lee has been around the team some since the surgery, which he said lasted 90 minutes, and hopes to contribute more as he improves.
