Default Did anyone catch Keyshawn on ESPN?

I was listening to the radio this morning and they played a clip where Keyshawn described Jerry and Parcells getting into a heated discussion at practice while he was with the team. He said Jerry walked off with a hang dog look and it was clear to all the players who they had to answer to under Parcells meaning it wasn't Jerry.

I'd love to see the entire clip in context, I don't suppose we're lucky enough to have it recorded and uploadable by anyone here?

Keyshawn was clearly a Parcels guy. So him framing a disagreement this way may be more of Keyshawn's respect for Parcels than truth.

Certainly I don't know.

But I also know that Jerry isn't the type of guy to take guff from anybody.

Further, Keyshawn despises the Cowboys.

And, why haven't we seen this story from anyone else?

Five people witness a car accident and you could very well have five different stories of how it happened. Keyshawn wears Parcels glasses regularly.

Yeah, I agree, I just thought it was interesting and would have liked to have seen the full story in context.

I don't understand why it has to be so extreme with coaches like Parcells/Jimmy. Why cant they be creative and find a way to get what they need while throwing a bone or two to Jerry?

Maybe the common denominator is Jerry and his bone has to be the entire cow.

apparently there's no maybe about it

however Jimmy/Parcells could be unnecessarily petty, I really don't understand why Jerry bringing in that Saudi Prince had to be such a big deal. Guess it was the tip of the iceberg...

Jerry kept Parcells around long enough to get his stadium built. His ego couldnt take any more.

I rarely watch ESPN so I didn't catch it or record it.
"I just kind of stopped in the middle of a route, which is the worst thing you can do," Ogletree said. "He just told me, 'What were you thinking?' I kind of mumbled something to him and he was like, 'You're stupid.' "

"If we can get the running game going early, that'll open up the passing game for Troy." - Jerry Jones, 11/12/12

I guess we know the answer isn't 'the players need to answer only to the head coach,' then.

Unless, of course, the question is 'how do we get to 10-6 and an early playoff exit again.'
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

Seriously?

Not a chance in hell.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Whoah, there. No need to pump sunshine! Just saying, we didn't have the success we wanted under Parcels, either.

Jerry can't stand anyone who gets more spotlight or credit than him and anyone who does eventually ends up out the door. This has been true for decades.
