Default The Skins game plan will be a heavy dose of blitzing Romo

The Skins def game plan will be a heavy dose of blitzing Romo. Good things generally happen for teams when they do.

Most teams will blitz you until you stop it and burn them.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Sorry to say but there is no need to blitz Romo, opposing defenses easily get to him just rushing their front four.

Receivers have to be on the same page with the QB to make those blitz reads. I hope they can make that call this week.

Why blitz him when we have a turnstyle at Rt and Lt?

And nothing in the middle?

All it takes is for him to miss a hot read and it's going the other way for 6...

Don't care what their game plan is...they don't have the corners to hold Austin and Dez if they want to blitz that often. They really miss Brian Orakpo.

Not really. Romo pretty much torches the blitz.

The best thing to do against Dallas is play a bend but don't break style. A lot of cover 2.

Give me a couple of quasi- pik plays for this week, have Witten rub off Hall with Austin or Dez on a quick crossing route agaisnt the Blitz.....would open up for a big gainer......that'll back em' off quick

All the other teams run these "pik" plays, dont see them enough in Garretts package, especially as much as Romo is blitzed

I agree, if we blitz often Romo will burn us with hots to Witten, or his scrambling and passes to Bryant/Austin. The Skins need a perfect mix to be able to stop any offense, and Sunday -against a rookie that played like a rookie - was the only time this season it happened. And, the only safety who came to play is back out, this time for the season.

This will be a long game, and both offenses will be putting points up. I hope the Skins win, but won't be surprised if they manage to shoot themselves in the foot at the end.

The Defense really needs to shine in this game.

Without that, This is a loss.

Because of the fact that the Deadskins won't need to blitz as stated.

Dallas's O-line is so pathetic, it could get ugly.

Especially if the defense doesn't make any big plays. They are starting too, which is a good sign.

I am also hoping that the Deadskins exhausted their offensive big plays last week against the egals.
