Self guided. You get to do what you want. I suggest you bring or buy a football so you can throw TD's n kick field goals.

The guided tour is better because they take you around and tell you a lot of facts and information about the stadium. At the end of the tour they take you to the field and you can stay there as long as you want.. and then just leave when you are ready.

Absolute must is bring a football with you if you want to kick fieldgoals and toss the ball around. They do not supply footballs to you.

My advice? Don't go! Buying merchandise, tickets to games, and/or contributing to the tour is just another way of tellnig Jerry to keep up the good work!

This ..... The self guided tour is nice being that you can go at your own pace, but the guided tour will let you enter more of the facility. You can't even fathom how big the place is until you start to walk through it.... Truly is awesome. Enjoy your day there.....
