Default Travis Frederick, G/C, Wisconsin

Travis Frederick, G/C, Wisconsin 6'6' 338 . He is rated 2-3 rd if he comes out. What are your thoughts on him?

My thoughts are any O Lineman that can actually play should be considered in any round. Usually Dallas has no luck with O Lineman past round 2 though. I like Frederick but he comes from a power scheme. I hope the F O doesnt feel married to this current zone scheme. I like winning one on one matchups which makes the Bama O Linemen look so appealing.

Frederick is an awkward looking player, especially in the open field.

At 6-6, he is very tall for a Center.

Ryan Kalil 6026
Nick Mangold 6035
Alex Mack 6037
Maurkice Pouncey 6044
Mike Pouncey 6050

I like him at guard. A lot actually if we get him mid second or so where we are likely to pick. At center, he's likely a work in progress.

The height doesn't bother me. Peter Konz, Mike Pouncey and Max Unger are 6'5. Nick Mangold, Chris Myers, Alex Mack and Maurkice Pouncey are 6'4. At the combine, Frederick will likely measure in at 6'5 or less.

What gives me concern at center is his lack of experience at the position. But at guard I think he'd be a great run blocker. Pass pro can need some work, but I'd be okay with him starting at guard and moving to center later on in his career (if at all)

cbssportsline has him at 6'4. I have no idea how tall he is, but I he measures in at 6'6

Some mocks have him going in the third which would be a nice spot for us to grab him
