You work for an NFL team or something. I know it.

I just want him to keep getting better... The rest will sort itself out.

I think Dez is maturing right in front of our eyes. Like it was mentioned in a thread late November. You can just see it in his demeanor. He seems more focused than ever. Good for him, and good for the Cowboys.

The only recievers I would take over him right now are Calvin Johnson and Maybe A.J. Green.By next season he will be known as an elite reciever. You can't argue that he's the cream of the crop talent wise, all he's got to do is have some sense when making decisions, which he has been doing lately.I think we are all starting to see a new Dez.Would anybody put him in their top ten recievers right now?I'm curious to see what y'all think!
Not worried bout stats.

Just love watching him play

he is stringing strong consistent performances together........all a coach can ask for--to know what a position will give them week after week and then scheme around it

I also think that mess with his Mom must have been tough on him mentaly. He has played a lot better since the charges were dropped.

My only hesitation has been his tendency to make major errors leading to INTs, his tendency to run out of steam at halftime and his occasional reckless play on the field. He has actually made major strides in all of these areas.

The one thing that he hasn't shown that all top 10 WRs should be able to do is takeover the game at time. He has finally started to flash that ability the last month but it was a long time coming.

In totality, I think he probably has finally arrived as a top 10 WR. I wonder if he can now step it up and go top 5. He'll need to make those strides next year as I still think there is a decent gap between him and Megatron, Larry Fitzgerald, Brandon Marshall, Reggie Wayne, Wes Welker and Andre Johnson. However, that gap is closing.

Yeah, it doesn't get mentioned, but his football conditioning seems to not be a problem at all this season.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

Talent wise no question. He's now producing like a top WR. He just needs to continue being a consistent force and he'll be soon in the discussion among the top 5-7 WRs. Let's see how he closes out the season

Lets see him finish the season around 1,200-1,400 yards and 10TDs. The 8 TDs is probably enough, but I don't want to see him finish the season without anymore TDs. Teams see him lighting it up now and will work harder to stop him. If they can't..... Then we will discuss it.

There is a good chance that you don't like me, but there is a better chance that I don't care.

If I'm not insulting you, I'm probably not aware that you exist.

Jerry Jones in the draft room is suicide on the football field. The line of scrimmage is EVERYTHING. Something Jerry doesn't understand.

these are all valid points and he is clearly improving but it is too early

to be a top 10 receiver, more important than "taking over games" is consistency

be where you need to be and catch everything thrown at you

even now, his big plays are on broken plays and less on designed plays

Dez is getting there, lets see how he finishes out the year and then next year how he starts out

then we talk if he is top 10

I don't think there is evidence that his big plays are on broken plays.

He is top ten right now. He needs to continue this trend to solidify himself. But I guarantee you, the threat that Dez poses will open up a lot for the rest of the offense. He needs to have a big game in Cincy. Sticky this thread!
