44-20 is more likely. Redskins with the win, of course. Their defense sucks though.

it's sad that we are 0-2 in the last two winner takes all games but what's even more sad is that we were blown out in both games

We win the next three games that makes us 9-6 and a very possible division or WC entry. If that is a curse may God smite me with it.

Only if Redskins AND the Cowboys stay in the playoff hunt. If one of those teams drop, then no. I can see Balt vs. Cincy being more likely than Redskins and Cowboys.
I think the NBC game will be Hou @ Ind if Chuck comes back for the last game of the season.

In 2009 we swept Philly at the end of the year. This team is capable of winning at the end of the year.

That game is a bad example because it was not a winner takes all game
If we had lost the last game in the regular season against the eagles, the wildcard game would have been in philly. So we were going to the playoffs regardless if we won or lost the game just that we were fighting for homefield advantage, not a playoff spot

Why do you focus on 34-3, what about the two wins against the Eagles that year to win the division and win our first playoff game since 1996 (the win that was supposed to shut up the media about that but who of course just changed it to "one win since 1996")?

The win against the eagles in 2009 was not a WINNER TAKES ALL type of game. yes it was a beautiful win that I will also have on DVD but it wasn't a winner takes all because the loser of the game was still going to the playoffs
The only difference was that we would have played the wildcard game in philly instead of dallas if we had lost.

Because it was still a blow-out loss in a must win situation. Yes, we did beat the Eagles that year, so let me see, that makes three season ending thumpings to one victory (last game of the season that year was not a must win to continue the season.)

Or this team could stop stabbing its fans in the back in must win situations?

Plus a lot of people don't realize that even if we had lost the final game of the season to the Eagles, we were still going to the playoffs, just that it would have been in philly
So it was a different type of game and not the same kind of pressure

Yawn, the whining at this site is almost getting too much to take.
We blew the Eagles out back to back weeks, one of which was a winner take all game. Of course that doesn't count because negative nancies want to point to Minnesota as the real big game that playoff year.

We were talking about winner take all games in the last week of the regular season.
Not a home playoff game
