Murray run call on TD was one of his best calls of the year.

Overall, a good job by Garrett today.
If he could just manage to be like he was today on average as a playcaller then I wouldn't throw tantrums to get rid of him.

He was more of the Garrett we saw at the very end of 2009 today and less of what we've seen ever since he took over as our head coach.

Today was progress. The pressure is sky high and the Cowboys have responded. 2 to go.

I have to disagree. Playcalling was improved but the game management was as poor as usual - fortunately, Tomlin is almost as bad.

The team as a whole played great today, but Garrett remains a liability. The good news is that lugging a mediocre coach around isn't any harder than lugging around a mediocre guard or a mediocre safety.

I like what he did most of the game but that 4th down i dont agree with. LIke most of you im sure were cussing at ur tv when Garrett punted. And then a great play by special teams. Ryan brought the house after that and Pitt couldnt adjust.

Still im tired of falling below expectations. So get this team to the playoffs and make some noise. Then he can have some glory.

Love the emotion Garrett has shown the last two weeks.

The 4th down at the end of the game where we punted and didn't go for it / kick the field goal?

That was the right call to punt it. Pitt still had a TO too.

You have to punt in that situation, 100 out of 100 times.

As an anti-Red guy, I must admit being impressed big time by Garrett today. I've now come around to accepting maybe keeping the guy as HC could actually be a good thing.

Of course, he could still blow it with 2 games to go, but at least we see it is possible he can really coach.

Good job Garrett!

This! I was as incredulous as the annoucers were when it appeared we were going to kick a FG. 11 yards longer than Bailey's longest and giving Pitt a real good chance to kick their own if we missed - that would have been stupid. Garrett was just playing with them I guess.

I didn’t like the 4th down qb sneak play. I thought the run on the goal line was a great call. I thought he got away from the running game near the end. He did have the players ready to go, they started fast. Overall i think he did a good job, not perfect tho. Ryan i think is doing a great job with a depleted defense.

the only thing i questioned was the call to punt on 4th and 1 foot with 2 minutes left, instead of going for the win right then and there.

but with everything this team had suffered through, i am really impressed with the way this team has developed mental toughness and the ability to make plays when it counts.

With each game this team wins, Jason Garrett gets better and better as a head coach.

It reminds me of the time Tony Romo became such a good leader by playing better and better football. It's nice to see.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

The one inside his own 20? In game-winning field goal range? Really?

He completely schooled LeBeau. Had them off balance all game. Romo throws for 340 on a defense that hadn't let up a 300 yard performance in 20 games. There was a running game, mostly by scheme. That 3 yard walk in score was a thing of beauty.

People talked about being proud after the Cincinnati. Now this is a win I can be proud of.

We'll settle this with a good dust up.
