Default Seahawks up 47-17 fake punt
I am really growing to dislike Carroll. Anybody else catch this?

What was he thinking, he was up 30 points in the 4th quarter.

At that point the game is a scrimmage, may as well practice your trick plays to see if they work in a game.

They're all getting paid, this isn't about sportsmanship, it's about doing your J-O-B.

If this was children, then yes you teach sportsmanship, however he's preparing for the playoffs, so might was well treat it as a live practice.

He bascally said as much after the game. He said it was in their gameplan already. He apologized and said he should have called it off.

I'd imagine it was part of their gameplan for that very reason. They wanted to give upcoming teams something to think about.

I really dislike Pete Carroll...

He cheated his way to a National Championship at USC, and bolted before he had to pay any consequences. Then he pulls this crap -- add to that his idiotic sideline antics...

I cannot root for Seattle while he is the HC.

Carroll is a dirtbag. The only reason he came back to the NFL is because he was about to go down hard at USC. He tuck tail and ran.

He is also going to get his QB killed.

I like it. Kick 'em when they're down. Teach them to not get down. Win games, don't apologize. That NFCW is going to be fun for years to come with Harbaugh and Carroll and Jeff Fisher in it.
