Default 4th Quarter Defensive stand

I had a thought and wonder if anyone else agrees.

When Ware got the 15 yard personal foul for blow to the head. I think it affected the way that Rothilesberger (sp) played. The next 2 plays were back to back sacks, I think he may have been dazed by the hit.

It may even have affected his play in overtime.

Thoughts?

I don't think it mattered if he was dazed. The rush was getting there so quick, he didn't have a chance regardless.

It probably dazed him a little. Most likely hurt more than anything. But no way did it affect Ben's ability to run their offense. Our defense just got after him. Heck, Ben getting clobbered may have jump started our D as a whole.

Disagree. Our defense just finally made plays when it had to, something they usually never do. It wasn't a horrendous pass in OT. It wasn't great but it was a nice play by Carr. It wasn't thrown right to him or anything. He had to make a play on it himself.

Don't let that be an excuse on why Pitt failed down the stretch.

When you brain is the size of a peanut it is hard to imagine that said peanut could be adversely affected by anything short of a decapitation.

I was surprised that he didn't have to go to the sideline to get checked out
He was shaking his head like he was trying to clear cobwebs.
