The Rooney's have a dark history with the underbelly of the NFL and league corruption. And it shows again and again.

How does a team not receive a single penalty in an entire game?

Every time a team loses in the NFL some of that team's fans think the referee was corrupt and helped the other team.

Personally, I think the refs are people and they make mistakes, sometimes those mistakes are more numerous in favor of one team or the other. But, I think any ideas about some widespread league conspiracy against any one team is a good example of confirmation bias. You forget the iffy calls that go for you, or you rationalize them somehow, and remember the calls that go against you. After a while, you have enough pseudo-evidence built up to sustain your own personal conspiracy theory.

Some examples of how they benefitted would have been nice...

I don't know any Steeler fans personally, but after the game last Sunday, I took the liberty of visiting a couple of their boards....WOW! Now I know why a lot of you guys hate the Steelers and their fans. I have never heard so many excuses for a loss and witnessed so much denial after a loss. Note: they say they lost because of their injuries. When a fan from another team said the Cowboys have just as much, if not more injuries, one poster responded by saying their injuries are more significant because their injured players are much better than our injured players, so we really didn't have any significant injuries.
Life is like being a Cowboys fan. You never know what ya gonna get.

From my experience, Steeler fans really know their collective football. They're also among the dumbest and most self-deluded hair-chested knuckle-dragging semi-humans ever to blight the face of the earth.

It's a fanbase full of hairy Rainmen as near as I can tell, without any of Rainman's redeeming qualities.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

A Steelers fan blaming the refs for the Dallas win is a clever tactic, one used by politicians frequently. Accuse your opponent of what you are guilty of.

When the Steelers have ZERO penalties, it could not be more evident that if there was any bias it was against Dallas. Sickening hypocrisy.

Yeah, it's a little more than ironic to hear a Stealer fan whine about unfair calls (or non-calls). The Stealers have been the beneficiary of more questionable calls than probably any other team in the Super Bowl Era of the NFL. And that's not just coming from a Cowboy fan perspective....ask a Raider fan, or a Seahawk fan. I'll bet they would say the same.
