I gave up after the Falcons loss, I was wrong
I admit I was wrong about this team. After the Atlanta loss I was ready to throw in the towel and play for a better draft pick. But as the season wore on I saw something different from this team. I seen grit, determination and with all the injuries a next man up mentality. For years we seen this team quit. I saw none of this. Even tho we lost in Washington I'm proud of this team. Seattle would embarrass us if we won. The injuries just caught up. So I look foward to next year. No need to blow this team up and start over. Just more depth. A pass rusher. New blood on the OL and DL.

I knew nothing would be different right after the Seattle game.
That game was so typical of what's been wrong around here for years.

Wow. This thread turned out to be very different than I expected when I opened it. A nice surprise.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

I don't think that the problem is that we lost in Washington, many of us kind of expected it, it's how we lost that hurts, we should've won that game.
That doesn't change the fact that this team was going nowhere in the playoffs.

i love how some people are so sure the team sucks, while others are sure it's one step away from greatness, and both sides are adamant that this game or that exemplified the whole season.
truth is, they won games they should have lost and lost games they should have won. they teased us.
we won't have any idea about this team's chances for quite awhile.

We've been 1 step away from greatness every year since we've had Romo it seems.

Bill should have stuck with Bledsoe; that way, we wouldn't have been teased so mercilessly.

I agree. We would've not gone far in the play-offs with all the injuries we sustained. However, how we lost does hurt. But alas, we need to stay the course, improve, and get ready for next season.
