Why? You are seriously scared of that offense in the pros? We'll see how that all works out for the Browns next year if this story is true.
That Quack offense doesn't scare me 1 bit. I could not care at all if he signed w/ the Eagles to coach.
This scaredy stuff our fans show is just spineless.
I've got a prayer on my desk. It says, "Dear Lord, I pray that my place will never be with the cold, timid souls who do not compete yet criticize, for they never know or feel success or failure."

A quarterback I wouldn't be surprised to see Chip Kelly go after, should he come out, is Aaron Murray

Oregon coach Chip Kelly and the Cleveland Browns wrapped up seven hours of meetings Friday that were characterized as "very positive," though Kelly informed the Browns that he would proceed to interview with the Buffalo Bills and the Philadelphia Eagles, according to team and league sources.
If I was Chip here is how I would play it:
1. Interview with every NFL team that calls and keep getting exposure for Oregon and himself
2. Have a press conference and announce he is staying at Oregon. Renegotiate his contract with leverage and recruit like mad.
3. Become a college football legend and never worry about the drama of coaching in the NFL and collect a lot of $ in the process.
Let the record show only two coaches in history have won a national championship and a super bowl, Jimmy Johnson and Barry Switzer. Kelly doesn't even have a National Championship, forget a Super Bowl.
He'll join the litany of walk on water college coaches that couldn't make the transition: Steve Spurrior, Nick Saban, Joe Paterno, Bobby Petrino, Dennis Erickson, Rich Brooks and many more all failed.
