I can't say for sure, but I "believe" that Fuller was taken right before we took Canty. Again, I'm not certain, but I thought I remembered seeing his name as being taken shortly before we got Canty.

Browner/Shazor then Chris Kemoeatu would make this a historic draft.

Norm said he was playing the same position as Roy so we won't draft him. He also mentioned he is too slow.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

I think Shazor isn't a bad pick only because of special teams reasons. And if he plays the same position as Roy, why not make him the backup there?

I would still like Shazor for running downs and goal line situations. But he probably won't fall that far.
