That's a writer covering the team saying that. You'd think the fan base would be bad enough.

Hey if you want to start making things uncomfortable around here, start at QB.

Amazing.

So is skip peete to blame for murray being hurt, felix jones being ineffective and a oline that opens no holes? who drafted Jones?

is skip peete to blame for the Cowboys calling the fewest running plays in team history

Somebody's got to be blamed for Felix Jones, I suppose. It certainly won't be the guy who drafted him.

...I agree with Hill and Ellis' quotes 100%.....Murray is hurt both years, Felix is fat and outta shape, OLINE SUCKS, and so of course the RB coach is fired? Absolutely PATHETIC AT VR RIGHT NOW

Typical sportswriters. They virtually always defend the fired coach. Note that they don't have anything positive to say about the guy's performance - it's just knee-jerk.

Kudos to MacMahon.

If this thread is going to be this funny, I might have to read all four pages.

You tell me: was Skip Peete doing a good or a bad job? Should he have been retained? You don't know. Neither do I.

Except: mightn't Felix being fat and out of shape reflect poorly on the RB coach, even a little bit?

Oh no. I didn't even know Peete was going to eb gone. If you read that other thread I said I'd be shocked. Well, I'm shocked. But as I said there, I was shocked when Ray Sherman was fired too.

Why would Felix showing up out of shape fall on the RBs coach?

Peete's one on the list I would like to see gone.

Next one, please be Wade Wilson.

If a new OC would be brought in Callahan may even have to go. I don't think he'll be calling plays.

Callahan was never know for being much of a playcaller but more of a detailed coach that could help get players structured into a scheme. That's why he was good for Gruden because Gruden could call plays. Red just thinks he can and doesn't want anyone else around that can.

Any OC worth a lick would want the offense to be his baby. A proven guy like Bruce Arians would be nice but they don't grow off of trees anyways.

The contract of the Saint's OC Pete Charmichael Jr is expiring and if he doesn't get a head coaching gig I would like to see if we could get a shot at him.

I'm good with our defensive coaching staff being back. I think Rob Ryan and his crew have the type of mentality that they don't want any points scored at all costs. Would love to partner that with an offensive side of the ball that has the mentality of the Patriots or Saints which is score every time out.

Sorry I just had to do that.

Seriously, this will not be the only domino but we'll see.
