Default Tony Sparano fired as Jets OC

Anyone singing that song? Re-u-nited and it feels so gooood?

No? not me either -Link

The New York Jets have fired offensive coordinator Tony Sparano, who was informed of his dismissal Monday night, league and team sources said Tuesday morning.
Cimini: Was Only A Matter Of Time

Tony Sparano and the Jets were a marriage doomed to fail. Sparano didn't have enough talent at his disposal and didn't have the ability to craft creative game plans to atone for the lack of playmakers, Rich Cimini writes.

The official move was made after a meeting between Jets owner Woody Johnson and coach Rex Ryan.
The Jets were ranked 30th in total offense in Sparano's first season in the role, doomed by their unsettled quarterback position.

If Tony was the reason to compliment Garrett's success here in 2007 then by all means bring him back. There is no way for us to know that though and I remind all that the team lost its mojo the last five games on 2007 including the playoff game.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Sparano ain't nothing without Garrett ain't that right CL
Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds, have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course, over a great ocean of anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair....Bertrand Russell

How was he supposed to succeed with 2 of the worst QBs in history together, 2 slow running backs, a bunch of subpar WRs...though Kerley is up and coming?
