Quick doesn't mean immediately. Also, it isn't a big splash to announce your DC near the Super Bowl. It is a freaking Defensive Coordinator. The vast majority of fans interested in all things Super Bowl may not even recognize the name. The story will likely be totally buried under pieces about how much Colin Kapernick loves the lord and other fluff.
