I thought the two sets of rules was more about your level of play, mistakes, attitude, following rules, etc.

Steelers organization looks to the future while Dallas constantly plays this "in the now" game until it catches up to us and we are in some sort of "hell" for 3-5 years.

I would rather Dallas not announce their draft plans and strategy. Most teams don't, so it is surprising that the Steelers have done so. At this point, you have no idea if the Cowboys plan on drafting a QB at some point in this year's draft. And a few years ago they did look to the future when they drafted Stephen McGee. It didn't work out, but they did draft a young QB prospect.
