Default Offense fix?

So Jerry said "There's gona be changes!" We were all shocked when these changes were all focused on the defense who struggled to keep it together under so many injuries.

When I heard Jerry's vehement comments, I seriously looked to the offense first. Upgrades to the O-line. The poor decisions of the QB in crucial situations. The continual suppression of rising talents like Beasley and Harris for old favourites like Ogletree and a struggling Austin.

Rob Ryan is gone and yet Jason Garrett is looking to re-sign his older brother John as Tight Ends coach when we're forced to watch Martellus Bennett realize his potential in our rivals uniform?

Jerry Jones brings up the Seattle and Chicago games early in the year when Romo's interceptions and poor special teams play where the core reasons for those losses and yet the Cowboys look to be rid of Matt Everflus, Baker, Henderson but RE-SIGN QB coach Wade Wilson?

I understand some of the financial changes for this defense to change but we need an Owner or GM or whatever that will take a CLOSE look at these offensive coaches and shake up the Jason's country club setup.

Romo's our QB. This is not an indictment of him. But, is he being managed well enough? The current BIG CHANGES haven't changed much on his side o the ball.
"Young man, when you throw a strike, Mr. Hornsby will let you know."
Bill Klem when a pitcher questioned a called ball to Rogers Hornsby.
