Looked just like the ending of the Carolina/Atlanta game earlier this year. Carolina DB's did the exact same thing.

Logging on to say that the failure to go for the win on 3rd down with Manning on their previous drive along with failing to try to get into FG position with two timeouts and 30 seconds left on their final drive is why John Fox has never hoisted a Super Bowl trophy.
