Default Will we hire Mike Phair as our defensive line coach?
Will we hire Mike Phair as our defensive line coach and fire Brian Baker? I have to think that is likely.

Mike Phair has done great work in the nfl.

He was a scout with Tampa Bay from 2002-2004. Then a scout with Seattle from 2005-2007. He was then made the Seahawks assistant linebackers coach in 2008, and then their assistant defensive line coach in 2009, and their assistant defensive coach in 2010. He was the Bears defensive line coach from 2011-2012.
In the final two months of 2011, Romo’s passer rating was 115.9.

You might want to look up Marinelli first.

Complete brain fart. For some reason I equated Marinelli as defensive coordinator.
In the final two months of 2011, Romo’s passer rating was 115.9.
