When does FA "offically start"
Just as stated in the title. I know, I know, the offseason just started but it feels like its dragging for me. I am just eager to know what our moves are going to be (other then coaching obviously) does anyone have a guess/estimate when we will start bringing/signing players? Or even when players we are interesting start appearing in tweets or any other outlets?

Prepare for disappointment.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.
