I like what their Coaching staff did this season. They took a huge risk and made the move from a stable but bland offense via Smith to what they have now. They made a huge change to their offensive scheme based on the players they thought that could best give them the chance to win.

Jason G should take a page from that book if he wants to be a top tier coach. He's still be trying to get Smith to "execute" what he wanted not what might be best.
