I think the team will improve next year and I don't think he is going anywhere. This team will go as far as uh no romo goes. If things go south quickly it won't be because of Garrett IMO. It will be because this team thinks it will go far with Romo at QB. He isn't 25 anymore he is what he is he isn't going to improve or change. How many QB's at the age of 33 improve and change their habits?

Garrett is a lame duck coach unless the team greatly improves. I think he has 16 games left.

I think he coaches all 16 and will get fired if he misses the playoffs. If they start out like Wade did with 1 or 2 wins in the first 8 or 9 games, then a good chance he is let go mid-season.

As much as I dislike Garrett, I hope he does well and want to see a deep playoff run.
