Greg Jennings puts his home near Lambeau Field up for sale
Packers wideout Greg Jennings has put his house near Lambeau Field up for sale, according to Fox Sports Wisconsin.
It's another sign the impending unrestricted free agent is leaving town after seven seasons with Green Bay. The Packers appear set at wide receiver with Jordy Nelson, James Jones and Randall Cobb, making Jennings expendable. Donald Driver is leaning toward retirement. Jennings, 29, missed nine games with a groin injury and finished with a career-low 36 catches this season. I'd like to see him in Washington, but considering the price tag he'll be asking for and our cap penalty, it's vey unlikely.

I agree Miami would be a good place. If they ever expect Tannehill to do anything they need to get him some weapons and Jennings would be a good option.

I don't know if I would say it's a sign he's definitely gone.
It could just as easily be a sign that he's a smart person who understands the situation and doesn't want to be forced to try and start the selling process from a different city. Not only that but it's likely a decent negotiating measure on his part. Shows the team he's not going to beg for a new contract and that they need to get talking before it's too late. Just curious as to why the Miami angle is being thrown out there?  |
