Picture Romo at AT&T (pics)

I went over to Pebble Beach to watch the AT&T on Saturday. Talked to Romo while standing on the Tee box on #3. The rest of his crowd was stuck across the street waiting for cars to pass. He was a pretty cool guy. Sat there and talked to me and one other Cowboys fan for a few minutes. We talked about the o-line and how it needed to improve. He was pretty politically correct and just kinda nodded and said, "yeah we'll get better there". His caddie (I think he called him Britt or Brett) said, "His wife wants a better line too so that he doesn't get killed".

Some of the pic's are after his he tee'd off on that hole. He crushed the ball and it went into the sponsor tent (about 20yards too far on the dog leg left. I was able to get up to the sponsor viewing area and get pics. You are not allowed to get pictures during play, but I thought you could from the sponsor area. I had to shut it down after a few around me were getting in trouble. He took a drop on that hole and I got most of it.

He was last to finish that day and I got a shot of me and him. I felt bad for him because there was this one family of like 8 people that were grabbing at him and getting in his face. I threw a block on this family pawing at him and he got into to sign his scorecard. He came out and came over to take a picture with me. Crap picture of me, but good shot overall. He was worried about his wife getting caught up in the crowd and kept yelling for her to meet him around the back of the trailer.

I added a pic of Bill Murray when he was practicing his putting before he started his round.

Hopefully I added these pictures correctly. It has been a while.

Cool photos.

Also, Bill Murray is awesome.

I was able to watch him play on Friday and part of Saturday. Was a great experience but never got the chance to talk with him.

Bill Murray is great, I followed him a lot. He is always entertaining the crowd but what was up with those train conductor outfits? Part of his shtick I guess

I followed him a little too. I stuck around 17 because I thought he would do something crazy or at least a little entertaining. Seemed that he was tired at that point. The Taylor Made people gave him two buckets of yellow hats and he kind of went through the motions. Not sure what is up with his conductor theme. The mustache was pretty cool.

Great stuff, thanks. Loved the part where his caddie told you about what the wife thinks of the oline haha.

Good to see he's already set himself up for life after football. Always wondered what players get up to after they retire aside from going into broadcasting.

My favorite hobby - watching Mustangs fall behind in the rearview mirror of my '01 C5.

I also forgot to mention that I was waiting for the wife to come out of the bathroom at the first tee. I looked up from my phone and there was Romo. I said "Go Cowboys" and he high fived me.

I didn't recognize Romo until the pic with the smile... the whole forward facing cap threw me off

I did 5stars. Hopefully it will help heal some of the wounds from this season, at least a little.

Was Romo's wife there? I don't want Romo pulling a Tiger Woods!!

She was. I think she just met him at his last hole. She wasn't there earlier in his round. He started on hole 10 and finished on 9. I only saw her after he was done.

One last question. Did you get an autograph?

If not, shame on you for getting so close to him and not getting one. You do know that he is in the top 10 hated players, right? His auto could be valuable in the coming years.

Of course I did. He signed my son's jersey and my ticket for the tourney. I would expect any high profile Dallas QB to be the most hated. I bet Aikman was as well when he was playing. Attached pic of my son's signed jersey.
