I would love for Dallas to draft one of these players:

Ezekiel Ansah, BYU
Sharrif Floyd*, Florida
Chance Warmack, Alabama

I know this might be a pipe dream but I would also love Dallas to sign Henry Melton and select Sharrif Floyd.

That would be a solid DT combo. But I know drafting good Olinemen is better for Tony Romo's health and productivity.
