Default Why is Dallas going to KC next year?

Did anyone ever give a reason why Dallas has to travel to KC next year even though we did that 4 years ago for Miles Austin's breakout game?

We are supposed to play in Oakland and Kc based on rotation, but apparently a new rule is set up so teams don't have to make 2 west-coast trips (we play in SD )

That's an odd rule considering any Dallas divisional away game is just as far, if not further.

And St. Louis makes that trip three times per season, could be more if they play San Diego or Oakland.

Hey, I agree. I'm pretty sure That's the case. I'm thinking it's more for the east coast teams making west coast trips. I could be wrong, amigo.

I don't care where they play them as long as they beat them.

yea this is it, divisional standings don't have any effect on the AFC games. It's supposed to be a set rotation so every NFL city gets every team atleast 4 years. The only exception is multiple trips across the country.

Amen brother! I'll be there and as many of my Cowboy friends as I can drag. It was a home game last time and God willing it will be again.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

We could easily have been in the Central division when stuff got restructured - we didn't want that because of the historic rivalries with the Eagles and Skins (and Giants to a lesser extent).

Given that we shouldn't expect any rule to be a great fit for us. It does benefit many other teams though

I live 60 miles from Arrowhead so I'm in the heart of Chefs country. I was surprised we play in KC again since we did it last time. Hopefully we can pull out a win again so I can gloat! I'm hoping I'll get to go this time!

Will it be like playing the Beagles since Reid is the coach? We swept him this season!
