On college, Kiffin says, 'I think we did ok at Tennessee.' Says it could have been better at USC. 'I take responsibility.'

Kiffin asked how he can relate to young players. Said he was asked same at last two jobs. Said then/now, 'Don't worry. I can communicate.'

It's true. This 72-year-old guy is lively.

Eberflus steps on tne box. Says it was clear early on Cowboys wanted him back.

Henderson says Claiborne does have to get stronger. Says he struggled last year at times to break receiver blocks. Was tied to the wrist.

Marinelli said he sees guys who are athletic on this defense. 'You put on the tape, these guys can really run.'

Marinelli: 'I like to be introduced to men on the tape. And then meet them.'

Marinelli says he loves NFL history, enjoys seeing the Cowboys pics and trophies. 'There is a history here. We have to understand that.'

What makes Rod Marinelli think Cowboys have the personnel to play 4-3? "Speed." Said that's essential in the scheme and they have it.

Rod Marinelli: 4-3 scheme "will aid" DeMarcus Ware. "I think your takeoff is better, your keys are a little more consistent."

Leon Lett says he thinks the 4-3 is more fun for the d-linemen. "We get to eat up front, first. We're at the front of the food chain."

I don't think it would be out of line at all for the OL coach to say that he was not happy with the OL play. Maybe it lights a fire under some players to do what they can to get better. Also, it is very apparent the Cowboys need help on the OL, so saying that is not tipping their hand in the draft.

This, and even last year, the trade up surprised everyone. Yet this year the draft may give us talent at each of our slots.
